International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD) is a government-registered not-for-profit organisation based in Hong Kong. We also have Chapters in Geneva, Switzerland, and London, U.K. Currently, ICSD has around 2,500 members who are Certified ESG Planners (CEP®) from various industries.

ICSD's mission revolves around the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (UN 17 SDGs) to promote international recognition of sustainable development ideology among both individuals and corporations.

To promote awareness of ESG, ICSD has developed a comprehensive training program since November 2021. Upon completion, students can apply for the Certified ESG Planner (CEP®) accreditation, a trademark granted by ICSD. This designation aims to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills to address the most pressing ESG issues in the world.

ICSD has developed a 5-step methodology, the CEPAR® Model, to assist the public in tackling real-life organisational ESG issues. In May 2024, ICSD officially published an academic paper on the CEPAR® Model in the international journal "Public Administration Policy" (PAP).

Institute of ESG & Benchmark is a non-profit organization established in September 2020 founded by Mr. Paul Pong and Mr. Wilson Kwok, which endeavors to elevate stakeholders’ awareness and knowledge towards Environmental, Social and Governance in all industry sectors. We provide ESG awards and ESG training, organize events, and act as an advisory role to uphold ESG standard within Hong Kong. We believe that ESG is a seminal aspect of an organization’s culture, sustainability, and innovation. Our goal is to lead and strengthen ESG development in Hong Kong and Asia.

Moreover, IESGB collaborates with the Hong Kong Management Association to offer the Certified ESG Professional (CESGP) course. This program is supported by the Pilot Green and Sustainable Finance Capacity Building Support Scheme (GSF) launched by HKSAR. It aims to nurture more ESG professionals for Hong Kong, contributing to the development of an ESG community.
